Java req?
In light of all the negative press regarding Java as a vector for viruses, I just wanted to clarify the Java req for running tXtFL, Text Trix, and other Text Flex software on your computer. Much of the security concerns for Java have been through the browser plugin, and for our software, this plugin is not required.
You can disable the plugin completely on your browser and still use our software without a hitch. In fact, if you install the 64-bit version of Java, the browser won't even load on Chrome or Firefox (32-bit browsers, at least on Windows)!
