tXtFL 1.1 released

Whoops, you already knew that. tXtFL 1.1 was released back on September 18, 2009, and although we covered all the pre-releases and post-testing, we somehow neglected to tell you that the real thing is out.

So here it is. Have fun!

"The tXtFL 1.1 update brings player and team stats links up-to-date with
the 2009 season and supports 64-bit platforms. The underlying graphics
libraries have also been updated, and the Windows installer has a
simplified and improved installer.
