First Mac package of tXtFL

I had some developer time on a Mac system and created our first package of tXtFL for our Mac users. Previously only the Java Textalone (aka no graphics) version ran on Mac systems, but thanks to the SWT Mac builds, Mac users can play tXtFL in the full graphical layout.

A Mac package will be included in our next release, scheduled as tXtFL 0.9.2beta1.
