Who Said That Text Is Dead?
Who said that text is dead? Well no one really, and even the new MacOS X "Snow Leopard" is planning to incorporate a slew of new text features, such as automatic spell checking, substitutions, and "smart" select and paste. Text is alive!
And Text Trix is alive and well too. Just added a spellchecker too, complete with red squiggly underlines, brought to you by another open source project named Jortho. Snapshots available here depending on your Java version (Java 5+ | Java 1.4 | source).
